Marseille, France Church Initiative
Since planting the church in Marseille in 2014, Matt and Christy Rasch have led sustained annual growth. By God’s grace, the ministry has witnessed more than 100 professions of faith and baptisms, with lives transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Beyond local impact among French nationals, the church has become a spiritual home for individuals from restricted nations, many of whom have encountered Christ for the first time and are now being discipled and equipped to share the gospel within their own communities and beyond.

Marseille and Beyond
Since planting the church in Marseille, Matt and Christy continue to exploit opportunities for expansion through evangelism, discipleship, church planting, leadership coaching, and consulting with organizations and churches. Emerging opportunities have opened in North African nations and other regions of France, positioning the Every Nation Marseille church not merely as a local congregation but as a sending and training hub with transnational influence.
Your partnership directly strengthens this multiplying work—advancing disciple-making, leadership development, and gospel expansion among the nations.
Toulouse, France Outreach Initiative
Ryan and Marita Caley, after 7 years of church planting and outreach in the southwest sector of Paris, have moved to Toulouse and begun a new work there. With open doors in professional and amateur rugby, divine connections with local mayors, university students coming to Christ, and ministry cafés needing help, God has blessed the first steps. The Caley’s are trusting God for an impact in Toulouse, in France, and in the nations, thanks to the sports world connections.

Student Ministry
Strategic gospel impact often begins early in life. Research consistently shows that the majority of people who follow Christ do so during their childhood or teenage years. For this reason, university ministry represents one of the most significant opportunities for long-term Kingdom influence.
In Marseille, we are actively reaching students through evangelism, discipleship, and Bible studies connected to Aix-Marseille University—the largest university in the French-speaking world. Thousands of students come here from across France and the broader Francophone world, and many will go on to become leaders in business, education, government, and culture in their respective hometowns and countries.
The university years are a decisive window. Students are asking deeper questions about identity, truth, and purpose. By reaching them during this formative season, we are not only seeing lives transformed today—we are investing in future leaders who can carry the gospel throughout France and across the French-speaking world for generations to come.

Reaching the Muslim Community
Marseille is one of the most culturally diverse cities in Europe, with a significant Muslim population. This reality presents a remarkable opportunity for gospel ministry. God has called us to engage people through genuine relationships—meeting neighbors, building trust, and sharing the love and truth of Jesus one life at a time.
Through these friendships, we have seen many meaningful spiritual conversations develop, especially among younger Muslims who are curious about the person of Jesus and eager to explore faith for themselves. Today, we are walking alongside several former Muslims who have placed their faith in Christ and are growing as devoted followers of Him.
What we are witnessing is both humbling and inspiring. Lives are being transformed through the power of the gospel, and we are grateful that Paragon Ministries International can play a small but faithful role in what God is doing in Marseille
Coaching, Mentoring, and Shepherding Leaders
One of the most strategic ways to multiply gospel impact is by investing in leaders who will influence many others. Matt and Christy have the privilege of coaching, mentoring, and pastoring a growing number of ministry leaders across Europe.
Their work includes preaching development, church-plant coaching, cross-cultural ministry guidance, and personal discipleship for emerging leaders. Many younger pastors and missionaries also look to them for wisdom in navigating the complex intersection of ministry, marriage, and family life.
Matt’s doctoral research focused on helping missionaries sustain both effective ministry and long-term spiritual, emotional, and relational health. This work has opened doors to equip leaders and missionaries who desire to serve faithfully for decades, not just seasons.
By strengthening leaders, the impact multiplies far beyond what one ministry team could accomplish alone—helping churches flourish, missionaries endure, and the gospel advance across Europe and beyond.
